About the Role As a Medical Assistant, you'll serve as the first point of contact for patients, supporting them throughout their visit and ensuring they feel informed, comfortable, and cared for. This role blends administrative duties with patient interaction, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both structure and human connection. What You'll Do * Welcome patients and support them through the checkin process * Verify patient information using EMRs and internal systems (Epic experience a plus) * Maintain patient privacy, confidentiality, and empathy at all times * Assist with routine administrative and clerical tasks * Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth daily workflow * Provide general support to enhance the patient care experience What You Bring * Strong communication and customer service skills * Patience, professionalism, and a compassionate demeanor * High attention to detail and ability to multitask * Comfort working with individuals of all backgrounds and abilities * Experience with EMRs/EHRs (Epic preferred but not required) * Administrative, patient care, or front desk experience is helpful * CMA or RMA highly preferred Top Skills * EMR/EHR * Epic * Customer Service * Administrative Support * Patient Care & Patient Records * Clerical Support Who This Role Is Perfect For An excellent opportunity for someone starting their healthcare career and ready to grow in a supportive, fastpaced, patientcentered environment.
