Job Title: Team Lead - Technical Support Representative IV Location: Austin, TX 78745 Type: 4month ContracttoHire Work Environment: Onsite, Call Center Compensation: $28.85-$31.25/hr + potential $5k-$7k bonus once converted Pre-employment Requirement: Must be willing to submit to background AND drug screening About the Role We're looking for a Technical Support Team Lead to support a fastpaced communication center and guide a team of support representatives. You'll handle technical escalations, mentor team members, and help ensure service excellence across phone, email, alarms, and chat channels. What You'll Do * Lead and support a team of Technical Support Representatives * Perform skills gap analysis for individuals and the team * Assist in creating and delivering technical training for multiple skill levels * Standardize reporting procedures and evaluate current systems * Troubleshoot client issues, research resolutions, and guide users through corrective steps * Monitor SLAs and perform quality assurance checks * Escalate highpriority issues appropriately * Serve as technical and softskills lead for your assigned team * Contribute to internal knowledge base * Provide adhoc coaching and training during lowvolume periods * Recommend system or process improvements * Conduct followup calls as needed and stay updated on system changes What You Bring * 2+ years of Team Lead experience in a contact or call center * Strong leadership, coaching, and teammotivation skills * Excellent customer service & active listening abilities * Strong problemsolving & conflictresolution skills * Proficiency with remote desktops, GSuite, and OS navigation * Experience with BAS, HVAC, or relay logic lighting controls (preferred) * Excellent communication and grammar * Ability to organize documentation and maintain detailed notes * High school diploma or GED required Why This Opportunity Stands Out * Contracttohire pathway * Employee and community engagement events * Once converted: * 401(k) with match * Medical, dental, life benefits * Career growth opportunities * Support cuttingedge technology work Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Austin, TX.
