Job Summary

Develops pricing strategies to meet customers' needs while providing a profit for the organization | Determines core business costs of service in support of pricing/tariff development | Designs, implements and maintains pricing infrastructures | Evaluates effectiveness of pricing strategies and modifies pricing structures as needed | Provides reporting and documentation of pricing structures and serves as the point-of-contact for pricing inquiries from internal sales department, but not customers

Essential Functions

  • Develops & implements policies for preparing cost estimates for product manufacturing and services.
  • Assesses cost effectiveness of products and services.
  • Tracks actual costs as the project develops.
  • Collaborates with leaders from other departments to formulate estimates and resolves issues.
  • Assess cost and expenditure statements and other necessary documentations.
  • Primarily focused on administering established policies and procedures as well as implementing new policies but may have some impact on departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural change.
  • Leads and directs the work of other employees and has responsibility for personnel actions including hiring, performance management, and termination with concurrence from HR & General Management or Senior Leadership.



Required Qualifications

  • Required education and experience: Associate's Degree and 7-8 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
  • Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)


Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferred education and experience: Bachelor's Degree
  • Discipline/Major: Finance or related degree preferred
  • Knowledge, skills & abilities: Leadership skills. Oral and written communication skills. Analytical thinking skills. Statistical knowledge. Detail oriented. Ability to meet deadlines.


Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.
  • Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.


Travel Requirements

Up to 25% travel likely.


Pay Range (USD)

$116,706 - $157,895


Pay Transparency Statement

The salary range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum for salary for this position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the range during the hiring process.
