As an unarmed Patrol Officer at an education location, you will monitor and patrol campus grounds and buildings, conduct routine rounds, remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support staff, students, and visitors with courteous service. You will document observations, communicate clearly, and respond to concerns while working as part of a team. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to students, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an educational location.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of campus buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points; working environments and conditions may vary by post assignment.
• Monitor access points and campus activity, assisting with visitor check-in and/or directing individuals to appropriate offices while following site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with school personnel and/or local emergency services as needed.
• Complete patrol logs and incident reports with clear, timely documentation, and communicate observations to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
