Overview LMI is seeking a motivated Market Operations Intern to support the Market Operations & Delivery Excellence team in Tysons, VA. This individual will assist Market Leadership, Program Managers, and Business Development teams with a wide range of operational tasks, including data analysis, reporting, budget management, dashboard creation, documentation management, and meeting coordination. They will also help identify opportunities to streamline and automate recurring processes, support the development of more efficient workflows, and leverage tools such as Excel, dashboards, AI tools, and other systems to improve data accuracy and operational efficiency. This internship provides hands-on experience in business operations within a collaborative environment, offering the opportunity to contribute to high-impact initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and gain valuable exposure to leadership and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities The Market Operations Intern will support the Market Operations & Delivery Excellence team by assisting Market leadership, Program Managers, and Business Development teams with operational analysis and coordination. Tasks will include: Supporting the Markets with reporting, data analysis, pipeline management, financial forecasts, dashboards, and metrics tracking.
