Inside the Role The Business Strategy Manager is responsible for developing and guiding a strategy for success for Daimler Truck Financial Services North America (DTFS). The role manages strategic initiatives, requests, and project portfolio steering; maximizing the value of enterprise activities and investments by aligning projects and initiatives to business strategy and organizational objectives. Lead discovery work and develop DTFS performance culture strategy. The Business Strategy Manager tracks industry benchmarking, global market landscape changes (including but not limited to economic and government developments), and conducts strategic analyses, including those involving external consultants to develop proposals that result in recommendations to the Executive Committee and Senior Leadership.Posting Information We provide a scheduled posting end date to assist our candidates with their application planning. We Take Care of Our Team Travel: 10% - minimal travel to Mexico and Canada required. Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, andexperience.
