About the Role

As our Venue Sourcing Specialist, you'll hunt down the perfect locations for our corporate clients, negotiate the best deals, and make sure every detail is spot-on. You'll work with top venues, collaborate closely with clients, and ensure each event hits the mark. You're Good At

• Finding and securing venues that fit client needs, budgets, and style.
• Negotiating rates, terms, and added-value perks like a pro.
• Managing projects from brief through booking with precision and flair.
• Building strong relationships with clients, venues, and industry partners.
• Staying on top of industry trends and tools like Cvent and Microsoft Office.

You Might Also Have

• Experience with large-scale meetings and citywide events (up to 2,500 attendees).
• International sourcing and contracting know-how.
• Confidence attending site visits, familiarization trips, or industry exhibitions.
• A knack for identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• The ability to juggle multiple inquiries while keeping every detail organized.

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:Less than 25%

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Venue Sourcing Consultant is between $60,000 - $80,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
