Coho Integrated Solutions is seeking a Production Manager to support records storage and retrieval operations at the USCIS Harrisonburg File Storage Facility located in Harrisonburg, Virginia. This role ensures operational excellence, compliance with Government standards, and continuity of services.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):



  • Oversee onsite records operations and production activities
  • Coordinate and communicate with Government personnel
  • Prepare and revise SOPs and operational documentation
  • Respond to Government inquiries and special projects
  • Deliver oral and written briefings to leadership
  • Manage time-critical operational issues and high-pressure situations
  • Act as Program Manager in the PM's absence
  • Monitor operational performance and customer satisfaction
  • Support training needs assessment and implementation


Essential Job Qualifications and Requirements:



  • Security Clearance:

    • Active Secret clearance




  • Education and Certifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in program management, business or public administration, operations/quality management, technical management, information systems, engineering, or finance/accounting
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, as certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) (may substitute for degree)
    • Six Sigma Black Belt (or ability to obtain within 180 days of contract award) from ASQ, IASSC, or Council for Six Sigma Certification




  • Experience:

    • Minimum three (3) years of recent (within the last 5 years) operations, site, production, or project management experience




  • Additional Requirements

    • Ability to report onsite within two hours when requested
    • 24x7 availability for emergency response
