Shift: Varying Shift | 7 AM - 4 PM / 10 AM - 7 PM / 8 AM - 5 PM

You'll Rock This Job If You:

• An associate's degree (bachelor's degree preferred).
• 2+ years of relevant customer service experience in a business-to-business environment, preferably within a rental environment.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Proven customer focus with a strong sense of urgency for creative solutions.
• Acute attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to self-direct and self-manage.
• Willingness to learn all aspects of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative office tasks.
• Manage documents with accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• AR/AP tasks.
• Ad hoc duties.
• Remain highly organized in a fast-paced work environment.
