The Contracts Analyst is responsible for the coordination, production, and administration of the contracting process. The scope of this job includes preparing and tracking contracts, price quotes, invoices and other negotiated documents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and draft contracts, price quotes, invoices, and other negotiated documents.
  • Manage tracking and administration of all contracts, price quotes, invoices, and other negotiated documents.
  • Draft and format letters, memorandum, and other documents.
  • Maintain electronic forms and all appropriate paper and related files.
  • Provide support to executive officers as requested.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 0-2 years of relevant work experience

Job Expectations

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
