The Paid Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management of the KelseyCare Advantage membership acquisition marketing strategy, content strategy, and demand generation programs. They will manage the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on the senior population and KelseyCare Advantage products. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with KCA Sales & Marketing analytics to inform acquisition campaign strategy, including segmentation and targeting, A/B testing, and measurement plans.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or related major
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing roles; extremely solid and proven marketing experience from creation to execution to help drive growth strategies and reach key demographics/markets. (agency, or in-house corporate)
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • Experience working with outside contractors and vendors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including an advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Proven solid interpersonal skills, integrity
  • Proven excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Proven excellent project management skills, including task prioritization

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Medicare/Healthcare industry experience; Proven experience running and leading multiple campaigns
  • Intelligence and understanding of the nuances of the Texas Medicare market, regional and demographics
  • Understanding of CMS marketing guidelines

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
