Position Summary

The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing internal and external marketing and communications initiatives that support Forgen's brand, culture, and business objectives. This role serves as a key connector across the organization, managing communications, events, creative deliverables, and digital presence while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.

The Marketing Manager must be highly organized, resourceful, and adaptable, with strong design sensibilities and the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This position is based in-office in Centennial, Colorado and works closely with leadership, operations, and external partners.

Internal Communications



  • Develop and manage internal communications including newsletters, leadership messages, email campaigns, company SharePoint site, and internal announcements.
  • Support company-wide communications such as all-hands meetings, trainings, conferences, and other internal initiatives.


External Communications



  • Manage external communications including public relations support, blog content, website updates, and thought leadership content.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to develop clear, compelling messaging aligned with Forgen's brand.


Events and Experiences



  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external events including all-hands meetings, conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Support the management of timelines, logistics, materials, and vendor coordination to ensure successful execution.


Design and Creative Execution



  • Lead design and layout for marketing collateral, trade show assets, digital materials, website content, and branded templates.
  • Create, maintain, and enforce brand templates and standards across marketing materials.
  • Support PowerPoint design for executive and business presentations.


Digital and Social Media



  • Manage and contribute to Forgen's social media presence, including LinkedIn and Meta platforms.
  • Support website content updates and digital marketing initiatives in coordination with the marketing team.


Collaboration and Support



  • Work cross-departmentally with internal teams to support business development, recruiting, and operational initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners as needed for creative, event, or production support.


Information Asset Management



  • Organize, optimize, and maintain marketing-related databases and digital asset systems, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Open Asset.
  • Clear folder structures, naming conventions, version control, and archival process.
  • Focus on data hygiene, removing outdated and duplicated materials, and support consistent use of systems across the department and organization.


Basic Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant marketing or communications experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in internal and external communications, events, and design.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to clarity and tone.
  • Proven ability to manage overlapping deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Positive attitude, high level of professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Resourceful and solutions-oriented, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to travel on behalf of company business.


Required Technical Proficiencies



  • Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign, Acrobat, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and advanced PowerPoint design capabilities.
  • Experience working with HubSpot (or similar) CRM and marketing automation platforms.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Adobe After Effects, iMovie, or video production experience.
  • Experience supporting marketing efforts in the AEC or construction industry.
  • Company will provide additional training as necessary.


Physical Demands & Work Environment

This office-based role requires frequent computer use and effective communication, with occasional travel to project sites as needed. Site visits may involve extended periods of standing or walking and required PPE, with potential exposure to heavy equipment, chemicals, dust, fumes, uneven terrain, and extreme weather.
