In this role, you will implement, maintain, and enhance system rules and integrations within a dynamic, agile environment. This is a fully remote position open to candidates anywhere in the United States, with a preference for those residing in the CST or EST time zones.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • System Development: Develop and maintain ROL system rules and models using JavaScript (variables, loops, functions), ensuring alignment with Motorola Solutions, Inc. (MSI) guidelines.

  • Technical Expertise: Leverage 5+ years of experience in system design and deep knowledge of MSI LMR products, including ASTRO 25, MOTOTRBO, MCC7500E, and AXS Consoles.

  • Testing & QA: Conduct comprehensive integration and system testing in cloud environments, utilizing tools like Playwright for automated test maintenance.

  • Agile Collaboration: Work within a mature, small-scale Agile team to refine the application and manage defects via Jira.

  • User Support: Provide timely technical support and facilitate application training sessions for users, both virtually and in person.

  • Continuous Growth: Participate in advanced JavaScript training and specialized workshops focused on ROL testing techniques and CI/CD practices.

Target Base Salary Range:$110,000 $120,000

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.

Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in an engineering or technical discipline and 5+ years of engineering, IT or technical experience
  • OR 7+ years of engineering, IT or technical experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
