Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, Investment Banking, or a related financial role, with a preference for experience in healthcare or a related industry

  • Proven expertise in financial modeling and data analysis with a strong command of Excel and other analytical tools

  • Experience managing financial processes and projects

  • Strong communication and presentation skills to share business updates and recommendations to team leaders and key stakeholders

  • Team-player able to work collaboratively within HSG Finance and alongside our stakeholders

  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop a team

Responsibilities:

  • Lead monthly and quarterly treatment volume financial reporting, providing results, variance analysis, and insights for decision-making

  • Lead in-year and long-term strategic planning forecasting processes for treatment volume finance lane

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights, business drivers, and key metrics to internal stakeholders

  • Identify & lead work streams to improve financial processes

  • Provide detailed analyses of key operational data to measure the ongoing performance of the business

  • Provide analytical support to clinical and operational teammates, enhancing decision making processes

  • Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement

  • Responsible for talent acquisition, development, and retention within the team

Desired Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with finance and analytics systems like Essbase, Anaplan, and Tableau preferred

The Salary Range for the role is $85,000.00 - $135,000.00/year.
