Under the general direction of the Senior Director, Global Executive Talent Acquisition, the Senior Executive Recruiter leads global fullcycle recruitment for VPlevel and above roles across the enterprise. This role identifies, attracts, and engages top executive talent in alignment with succession planning, market insights, and forecasted business needs. The Senior Executive Recruiter develops and executes strategic recruitment plans that drive highquality outcomes, support diversity objectives, and strengthen leadership talent pipelines.

In addition to search execution, this role provides strategic support to the Executive Talent Acquisition (ETA) team by serving as a sourcing partner on higherlevel searches, producing candidate and hiring manager materials, and generating market intelligence to enable informed hiring decisions.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Establishes innovative, multichannel sourcing strategies for hardtofill and confidential executive roles.
  • Executes fullcycle recruiting for Global VP searches, partnering closely with HR Business Partners, senior leaders, and hiring managers.
  • Builds and maintains strong internal relationships and external networks, including vendors and community partners.
  • Supports higherlevel executive searches (SVP+) by developing sourcing strategies, talent maps, pipeline intelligence, and market research.
  • Creates candidate briefs, hiring manager materials, and structured panel interview guides to ensure a consistent, highquality executive hiring experience.
  • Produces market and profile overview decks summarizing competitive talent insights, organizational structures, and candidate archetypes for hiring leader alignment.
  • Oversees Internal ETA requisitions and manages the intake workflow, serving as the gatekeeper for new executive requisition requests to ensure clarity, prioritization, and alignment to organizational needs.
  • Tracks and analyzes talent acquisition metrics and creates practical reporting methods to monitor performance and influence continuous improvement.
  • Stays current on executive recruiting trends, best practices, assessment tools, legal considerations, and emerging technologies, serving as a subject matter expert across the organization.
  • Recommends enhancements to processes, tools, and talent assessment methodologies to improve effectiveness and decision quality.
  • Works horizontally across the ETA function to provide support

Experience and Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; minimum of six (6+) years of progressive executive recruiting experience.
  • Experience leveraging diverse sourcing vehicles, digital tools, and innovative techniques to identify and engage executive talent.
  • Combination of agency and corporate recruiting experience preferred; strong project management capability and proficiency in recruiting systems required.
  • Proven success leading largescale projects or new initiatives in a matrixed environment, including managing thirdparty search firm partnerships.

Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Ability Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience to managing executivelevel (VP+) fulllifecycle recruitment is required
  • Broad knowledge of business and industry trends, executive talent markets, and candidate insights.
  • Ability to establish credibility and build strong relationships with senior leaders.
  • Strong consultative skills, solutions mindset, and ownership of results.
  • Effective collaborator able to influence across functions and implement recruiting strategies and processes.
  • Highly adaptable, resilient, and comfortable operating in ambiguity and fastchanging environments.
  • Strong conceptual thinking, analytical capabilities, and planning skills.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Applications including Powerpoint

Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
