Nurse Manager (RN) - Executive Health Program & Concierge Medicine - Detroit - (690 W. Amsterdam)

Responsibilities Include: This individual will oversee a team that provides high touch physical program for executives that are full day curated exams. Managing work between departments overseeing appointments, basic clinical care workups, wellness assessments, curating appointment days to ensure all of the patients needs are taken care of. This team is highly collaborative, working with nurses, providers, concierge team and director to curate day long physicals for executives to create a specialized day for each and every patient, this is the start of their wellness journey Hands on clinical operation and clinical workflow development for an expanding product.

Candidate Preferences:

* Personable, knowledge of system clinical operations, high level customer service skills.

* Experience developing and building programs/teams.

Administrative accountability for leading, managing, developing, supervising, and evaluating all aspects of patient care. Manages and collaborates relationships with leadership members, physicians, for the care of responsible patient populations. Assures professional, clinical, and educational excellence in the provision of quality care to patients. Facilitates empowerment of staff in the implementation of creative and innovative patient care delivery models and stimulates a collaborative multidisciplinary team approach in the continuous improvement of patient care services. Assumes responsibility for fiscal management of the unit.
