Carter Machinery Company, the authorized Caterpillar dealer serving Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and Washington D.C. is hiring an IT Support Analyst. The IT Support Analyst is responsible for consulting with users regarding software, hardware, process and system requirements needed in designing, testing, and improving systems; deploying and maintaining the company's personal computer environment along with troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware problems for computer users. Seeking candidates with a minimum of two years computer software experience; Bachelor's or Associates degree in Information Technology, preferred; Experience interfacing with computer users.
Requirements for the IT Support Analyst position include:
Physical requirements must be met for the IT Support Analyst job, including regularly being required to sit and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to handle, finger, or feel and reach with hands and arms. Employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus. This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
