Position Overview: The Sr Product Specialist at Blue Yonder is a pivotal role that bridges the gap between our customers' needs and our product development teams. This position involves deep engagement with stakeholders to ensure that our products meet market demands and enhance customer experience. The Sr Product Specialist will collaborate with various departments to drive product vision, roadmap, and execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand their business needs and translate these into detailed product requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of Blue Yonder's product suite and its application in the market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, development, marketing, and sales to ensure product alignment with market needs.
  • Create and present product roadmaps to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on product direction.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Lead the product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to internal teams and customers.
  • Engage in user acceptance testing to validate solutions and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Technical Environment:

  • Utilize CRM and Product Management tools to manage customer relationships and product data.
  • Collaborate with software development teams using agile methodologies.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to derive insights and make informed product decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or a similar role within the software or technology industry, particularly in supply chain management.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management and related software solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables concurrently.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and product management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric mindset.

The annual salary for this position is $105,261.54 - $132,738.45

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
