We Make Life More Rewarding and Dignified Location: Libertyville Department: Summary: The Senior Product Manager, Ostomy PostAcute Care, is a key member of the US Ostomy Marketing team. This role is responsible for developing, executing, and continuously enhancing marketing strategies beyond the acute care setting to grow targeted Ostomy product lines, strengthen clinical satisfaction, and positively impact the lives of customers who rely on Hollister's Ostomy products and services. This position is based in Libertyville, IL with an onsite requirement of 4 days in the office at minimum. Candidates who live within a 50 mile radius of Libertyville, IL will be prioritized for this role. Candidates requiring relocation assistance will not be considered for this position at this time. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the product owner for post discharge activities to drive, measure, monitor, and adjust strategies to grow the Ostomy portfolio to our customers following discharge.
- Partner with local and global marketing teams to align strategies that support the full ostomate journey.
- Align with the Key Accounts Channel Team to evaluate competitive activity, identify opportunities and develop Ostomy promotional tactics that drive business until performance post discharge from Acute Care.
- Collaborate with key cross-functional stakeholders including compliance, market access, finance, and clinical education to ensure effective market planning and implementation.
- Monitor competitor activity in the post-acute market, developing strategies to respond and leap ahead to maintain and grow share. Serve as the subject matter expert of community activity.
- Own and foster relationships with our brand ambassadors through aligning the marketing plan with our community engagement.
- Conduct and facilitate the Consumer Advisory Panel twice per year.
- Own and grow relationships with community organizations.
- Plan and execute any conferences or activities in the community such as UOAA Annual Conference, races and other community-based events.
- Align with marketing team on ambassador utilization at internal and external events as well as social media and paid advertising.
- Facilitate site visits throughout Hollister facilities for town halls and end user representation.

- Travel frequently, including overnight and occasional weekend travel.
- Occasional lifting of materials up to 15 pounds may be required.
Education & Work Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with 8-12 years of related experience
Education & Work Preferences:
- 8-10 years overall work experience
- At least 5 years of product management, marketing, sales, or other commercially focused experience.
- Experience driving product development life cycles for existing and new products.

- The anticipated base pay range for this position is $114,194 - $179,448 yearly. The actual salary varies based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, abilities, and other legitimate business factors.
