What You Will Do as a Utility/Box Baler:

• Operates the box baler (compresses used cartons)
• Responsible for sorting reusable cartons.
• Manage and separate workflow coming to/from different departments, including Hi-Bay.
• Help with clean up as needed.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment that shows pride in Workwear and is worthy of sharing with visitors.

HOURS: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Some overtime may be required.

How You Will Make a Difference:

As a Utility/Box Baler, you will operate the box baler, manage and separate the workflow, and make safety and a clean work environment a priority.

• This position requires close attention to detail and neatness of cartons.
• This position requires demonstrated flexibility and the ability to work with others in a positive manner.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand up for 8 hours.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to work overtime.
• Ability to work weekends, when needed.
• Must follow directions well.
• Good attendance is a must.
