Position Summary The Supervisor in Training (SIT) program is designed to prepare highpotential team members for leadership roles within our Distribution Centers. This structured development path provides hands-on training, leadership exposure, and cross-functional rotations in a fastpaced, team-centered environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, adaptable, performance-driven, and ready to bring a leadership mindset to daily operations. Key Responsibilities Learn and support daily operational functions including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, replenishment, and inventory. Assist Supervisors with managing workflows, staffing, productivity, and department priorities. Model and reinforce Workwear Outfitters' safety standards, policies, and quality expectations. Help lead, coach, and develop hourly associates to drive team success. Participate in leadership rotations to gain broad exposure to all distribution functions. Monitor and support operational KPIs such as units per hour, quality accuracy, attendance, and safety performance. Collaborate with crossfunctional partners to solve operational challenges and improve processes. Complete all required SIT training modules, assignments, and leadership evaluations. Qualifications Required Strong performance record and positive attitude. Demonstrated reliability and commitment to Workwear Outfitters values. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate others. Interest in leadership development and growing within the organization. Ability to work flexible hours, including peak season needs. Preferred Previous experience training peers or leading small teams. Knowledge of WWO systems, distribution processes, and safety expectations. Strong problem-solving and decisionmaking skills in dynamic environments.
