Our Mission Our Vision Summary: The Marketing Manager serves as an advanced technical specialist responsible for executing, managing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that support ACS programs, products, and initiatives. This role owns end-to-end email and digital marketing execution, including campaign build, segmentation, testing, launch, and performance analysis. The Manager applies deep technical expertise in marketing automation platforms and analytics tools to drive engagement, efficiency, and continuous improvement while operating without direct people management responsibility. This exempt position will report to the Senior Manager, Marketing and Analytics in the Division of Integrated Communication. It is based in our Chicago office and is a hybrid role: 3 days per week in the office/2 days per week remote. The anticipated salary range for this position is $84,000 - $90,000 (commensurate with related experience). Major Responsibilities: Email and Digital Campaign Execution
