IMS Scheduler

Chantilly, VA | TELECOM

We are seeking a detail-oriented, strategic Integrated Master Scheduler (IMS) to support complex telecom and IT programs within a mission-critical FAA environment. This role is ideal for a scheduling professional who thrives on precision, collaboration, and delivering clarity in highly integrated technical programs.

What You'll Do

    Develop, maintain, and manage integrated master schedules for complex telecom and IT initiatives

  • Track milestones, interdependencies, and critical paths to ensure schedule integrity

  • Identify risks, impacts, and schedule variances - and proactively recommend mitigation strategies

  • Deliver insightful schedule analysis and reporting to inform program leadership decision-making

  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, operations, and program teams to align execution with mission objectives

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of program scheduling experience with MS Project or Primavera

  • A bachelor's degree OR an additional 4 years of experience is required
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and visualization

  • Strong ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights

  • Experience designing efficient workflows and optimizing processes for compliance and performance

  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance

Preferred:

  • PMP or PMI-SP certification

Target Salary Range

$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
