Description and Requirements Senior Contracts Manager - Public Sector Lenovo is seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Manager to support our Public Sector business across Federal, State & Local Government, and Education markets. This role requires a strategic, detailoriented professional capable of navigating complex regulatory frameworks, mitigating contractual risk, and providing expert guidance throughout the government contracting lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of public sector procurement rules, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to partner closely with Sales, Legal, Pricing, and Proposal teams to ensure compliant and competitive outcomes. The Senior Contracts Manager is responsible for overseeing all preaward and postaward contracting activities, ensuring full compliance with federal and state regulations, contract terms, and organizational policies. This role serves as the primary point of contact for Public Sector contract administration, risk evaluation, strategic term negotiation, performance monitoring, regulatory compliance, and documentation control. The position requires extensive collaboration with crossfunctional teams-including Sales, Pricing, Finance, Legal, Operations, Program Management, and Compliance-to ensure accuracy, audit readiness, and successful contract execution.
