Senior Sales Representative, MidMarket - Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG)

Lenovo's Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) is transforming data center innovation with AIoptimized servers, storage, HCI, edge computing, and endtoend infrastructure solutions. We are seeking a Senior Sales Representative to drive new business and revenue growth across midmarket accounts.

In this fieldbased role, you will use a consultative sales approach to build strategic relationships with Csuite and IT leaders, positioning Lenovo's full portfolio-from onpremises data center hardware to hybrid cloud and edge solutions-as the foundation for costeffective modernization and AI adoption. You will collaborate crossfunctionally to exceed quota targets and advance Lenovo's vision of "Smarter Technology for All."


Responsibilities


  • Drive netnew business and grow Lenovo's ISG footprint in midmarket territories.
  • Lead endtoend sales cycles for servers, storage, HCI, edge, and hybrid cloud solutions.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with Clevel and IT decisionmakers.
  • Partner with technical and channel teams to design and deliver optimized solutions.
  • Maintain pipeline accuracy, forecasting, and territory insights.
  • Represent Lenovo in customer engagements, onsite visits, and industry events.


Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in IT infrastructure or data center technology sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quota.
  • Strong understanding of servers, storage, virtualization, and hybrid cloud.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience selling into midmarket accounts.
  • Familiarity with Lenovo ThinkSystem, ThinkAgile, or TruScale solutions.
  • Understanding of AIready infrastructure, HCI, or edge computing.
  • Strong channel and partner ecosystem experience.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles in fastpaced environments.
