What You'll Do as a Custom Window Treatment Design Consultant, the go-to Expert for style and function: * Design Stylish Solutions - Help customers select the perfect window treatments that fit their aesthetic, lifestyle and budget * Consult with Clients - Meet with homeowners in-store & in-home, offering expert recommendations tailored to their needs * Sell with Confidence - Turn design ideas into reality by guiding clients through the decision making process and closing the deal * Measuring & Planning - Ensure every order is accurate for a flawless final installation * Growing Your Income - Earn uncapped commissions & incentives while doing what you love!
