As a Screener at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, you will help support smooth operations by screening personnel and vehicles, checking credentials, monitoring assigned areas, and completing clear security-related reports. You will stay visible, communicate professionally with drivers and team members, and respond to issues with an agile, reliable approach. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Screen employees, drivers, and visitors at entry points by verifying identification, confirming authorization, and monitoring access to restricted areas.
• Inspect inbound and outbound traffic by conducting package, bag, and/or vehicle checks as required, while following posted instructions and client guidelines.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting the appropriate parties and documenting actions taken.
• Complete accurate reports and logs, including screening activity, unusual conditions, and incidents, and communicate updates to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
