As your initial project assignment, you will support the unique needs of our client as a Sr. Power Platform Developer (Front End).

Project Summary

We are seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer (Front End) to design, develop, and enhance modern applications, workflows, and user experiences across the Microsoft Power Platform. This role requires strong UI/UX capability, proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate, and the ability to integrate solutions across Microsoft 365 and thirdparty services. The developer will work closely with mission stakeholders to understand requirements, build intuitive frontend experiences, and deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, refine, and validate functional and UI/UX requirements.

  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize user interface designs.

  • Design intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing interfaces to enhance the user experience.

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and drive design improvements.

  • Develop custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and/or ModelDriven).

  • Automate business processes and workflows using Power Automate.

  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services and thirdparty systems.

  • Build dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI to support operational insights.

Required For This Opportunity

  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of IT or development experience (an additional 4 years may be substituted for the degree).

  • At least 1 year of experience with Power BI and SharePoint.

  • Strong frontend development skills using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

  • Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and UIfocused prototypes.

  • Ability to analyze requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and execute independently.

  • Strong understanding of user experience design, usability, and frontend application behavior.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problemsolving skills.

Nice to Have Skills

  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL100, PL200, PL400).

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 and Azure services.

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

At AIS, we are committed to offering competitive and fair compensation that reflects the skills, experience, and contributions of each team member. The targeted base salary range for this role is $117,000-$177,000 per year. Please note that this range is provided as a guideline and the final offer will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, skillset and competencies, level of experience, education, certifications, and location. We value transparency in our hiring process and are happy to discuss how your unique qualifications align with our compensation structure during the interview process.
