What you'll do

The Senior AI Specialist - Partner Digital Transformation & Success plays a pivotal role in empowering our global partner ecosystem to accelerate digital transformation and achieve measurable business outcomes through advanced AI technologies. In this role, you will collaborate with partners, internal teams, and customers to design, implement, and scale AI-driven solutions that elevate partner success and fuel innovation across the value chain.

By combining deep AI expertise with strong understanding of partner business models, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and real-world partner impact. You will help partners harness AI to automate processes, enhance experiences, and unlock new revenue opportunities.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director, Partner Programs and Success.

Responsibility

  • Serve as the AI subject matter expert for the Partner Digital Transformation & Success team, Partner Programs and the broader partner ecosystem

  • Translate complex AI capabilities into actionable strategies that partners can apply in real business scenarios

  • Design and deliver AI solution strategies aligned to partner and customer transformation journeys

  • Collaborate with partners to develop AI-enabled use cases, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts that demonstrate value

  • Influence AI solution roadmaps by analyzing partner needs, competitive signals, and market trends

  • Drive adoption of AI-powered tools, platforms, and experiences across the partner ecosystem

  • Establish repeatable methodologies, frameworks, and best practices that accelerate AI-driven partner transformation

  • Support field, product, and engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of AI initiatives globally and regionally

  • Track performance metrics to assess the business impact of AI programs on partner success, transformation outcomes, and value realization

  • Provide insight-based recommendations to optimize partner engagement and expand AI usage across the ecosystem


Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • 8+ years of relevant experience

  • Experience with Agentic AI development, machine learning, data science, or related domains, with a proven track record of delivering business-impacting AI solutions

  • Experience across AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure AI, Google Cloud AI) and Agentic AI platforms (e.g. Google Cloud Agent Builder, Open AI Agentic capabilities, Anthropic Claude, etc.)

  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical strategies for non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience designing, building, and deploying agentic AI platforms or advanced AI-driven experiences to improve partner engagement, with strong data and analytics skills to define KPIs, build dashboards, and translate insights into measurable improvements in partner experience

  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred

  • Master's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related technical field

  • Familiarity with partner business models (e.g., SIs, ISVs, MSPs, resellers) and digital transformation approaches

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and enablement skills for engaging technical and business audiences

  • Ability to thrive in a cross-functional, collaborative, global environment


Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $140,000.00 - $225,075.00 base salary

This role is also eligible for the following:

  • Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
  • Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
