Overview
  • Work closely with surgeons and the OR team, anticipating needs to keep each procedure running smoothly.

  • Help maintain a safe environment by upholding sterile technique and ensuring team compliance.

  • Prepare and troubleshoot instruments and equipment so the team can stay focused on patient care.

  • Support daily workflow with room turnover, case setup, and planning for the next day's schedule.

  • Build strong communication and collaboration with physicians, circulators, and other OR partners.

  • Manage instruments and supplies to keep each case organized and efficient.

  • Use your technical expertise across a range of surgical specialties.

  • Participate in evaluating new equipment and tools to improve patient care.

  • Contribute to a surgical environment where safety, efficiency, and quality are top priorities.

Qualifications
  • Education: High-School Diploma or GED are required. The completion or enrollment in a Surgical Technologist Program per the National Board of Surgical Technology is required. You may be asked to provide proof of education.

  • Experience: +1 yrs. of surgical technology experience preferred.

  • Other: Must understand English both written and spoken, must be able to perform job-related functions safely and successfully, with or without reasonable accommodation required by federal, state, or local law
