Job Summary:

This role will act as a hub for all things talent acquisition (TA) and partner with hiring managers and teams, primarily across the Development function, to enable them to fill open positions efficiently, creating a positive candidate experience and upholding inclusive and equitable selection practices.

The TA Partner will also support efforts to promote the Society, our job opportunities and culture to a diverse range of prospective talent through sourcing and connections with different professional platforms and networks. Additionally, this position will be a critical fixture of the HR team and will connect regularly across talent functions to align TA messaging and practices to advance department initiatives and empower staff across the organization.

Location Requirement:

  • Remote - Flexible Location

  • Work is primarily performed remotely, however, when possible and necessary, teams meet in person to conduct the business of the organization and build team relationships.

Compensation | Benefits:

The estimated hiring compensation range for this role is $65,000-$80,000. Final offers will be based on the candidate'sgeographic location, consider career experience and may vary from this range due to these and other factors.

Main Responsibilities:

Recruitment Lifecycle & Sourcing

  • Conduct necessary recruitment activities with job applicants and hiring managers for the full cycle of the recruitment process.

  • Uphold sourcing practices toidentifyand engage diverse top talent for open positions across functional areas and geographies, as well asprocess-improveas needed.

Partnerships, Industry Connection & Employer Brand

  • Along with Talent Acquisition Lead, helpmaintaininformation, provide company updates, collectdataand explore best ways toleverageemployer branded sites and job networks.

  • Support efforts toidentifyand engage in partnerships with a diverse range of community agenciesornetworks.

  • Point of contact for various identified talent funnels.

Manager Training & Resources

  • Assistin developing and updating recruitment guides, toolkits and templates that hiring managers can use to take on the full recruitment life cycle.

Recruitment Process Specialty & System Maintenance

  • Helpmaintainand troubleshoot review and update recruitment workflows and templates to improve efficiency,experienceand scalability.

  • Support the administration ofInternshipProgram hiring process alongside other partners.

What We're Looking For:
  • 5 years minimum of previous non-profit event fundraising strategies, tools, and campaign models (peer-to-peer, galas, DIY)

  • Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences in both virtual and in-person settings

  • Confidence and credibility to partner with and support senior leaders, including Vice Presidents and Assistant Vice Presidents

  • Proficiency in MS Office, (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams), with working knowledge of emerging tools like CoPilot

  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new tools, including HCM software,and ability to troubleshoot and find solutions for system bottlenecks as needed

  • Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and lead projects from concept to execution with minimal oversight

  • Ability to influence others and promote expected actions, delivering results

  • Ability to balance both, addressing time-sensitive tasks,as well as deliver on more broad project needs
