About the Role |
Responsible for the overall leadership, administration, and oversight of the division's Human Resources functions in accordance with established company policies and procedures. Directs, assigns, and evaluates Human Resources staff to ensure effective performance and service of delivery.
Oversees and administers all HR programs and operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll, compensation, benefits, and policy implementation. Ensures division-wide compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including EEO, ADA, FMLA, and related government requirements. The salary range for this position is $99,500 to $115,000 per year. All compensation offers are analyzed individually and take into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, years of experience, and educational background. |

Duties and Responsibilities |

|
Essential Functions:
- Manage and develop direct reports to maximize productivity, efficiency, and overall team effectiveness. Responsibilities include hiring, assigning work, monitoring performance, coaching, counseling, training, performance appraisals, and making recommendations regarding compensation, promotion, and termination.
- Oversee full life-cycle recruiting and selection activities, including workforce planning, interviewing exempt candidates, extending offers of employment, employee transfers, job postings, job fairs, internship programs,. Ensure effective referral processes.
- Monitor staffing (FTE) levels in collaboration with management and produce, analyze, and distribute efficiency reports. Make staffing adjustments as needed.
- Provide guidance and counsel to executives, managers, and employees on human resources policies and employee matters to enhance productivity and minimize legal risk. Manage employee relations matters including grievances, discipline, harassment, and discrimination claims in consultation with management and corporate HR as needed. Administer compensation and payroll functions, including annual merit increases, discretionary bonuses, incentives, commissions,. Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including new hires, status changes, timekeeping, leaves, and terminations.
- Administer benefits,, including new hire enrollment, midyear changes, annual open enrollment, PTO tracking, FMLA, STD, ADA requests, and workers' compensation claims (including First Report of Injury).
- Lead training and development initiatives, including new employee orientation, on-the-job training, refresher training, leadership development, and required bank training. Evaluate training effectiveness and ensure timely completion of assigned courses.
- Develop and implement human resources strategies, , and operational plans aligned with organizational goals. Assist senior management with short- and long-term strategic planning.

- Oversee and monitor the performance appraisal program and recommend improvements as needed.
- Prepare, update, and evaluate job descriptions using established evaluation systems.
- Promote and manage departmental projects, allocating financial and human resources appropriately.
- Coordinate employee engagement programs and sponsored activities to strengthen organizational relationships.
- Participate in committees, special projects, and serve as a member of the Senior Management Committee.
- Maintain accurate and updated personnel records and ensure required reporting to appropriate departments and external agencies.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
- Complete required bank training courses within assigned time frame(s).

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Starting salary is dependent upon relevant experience and may vary based on the geographic location of the position.
