Recruiter

The Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment across assigned business units, supporting service administration, parts, warehouse, sales, and other operational roles. This position drives recruiting efforts by sourcing, screening, and interviewing qualified candidates to successfully fill open positions in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation)
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring timelines
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and workforce partnerships
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles
• Conduct structured phone screens and behavioral interviews
• Coordinate interviews and collect hiring feedback
• Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill and source effectiveness
• Maintain accurate records in ATS/HRIS systems (Dayforce experience preferred)
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Deliver a professional, positive candidate experience

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of recruiting experience (corporate or agency)
• Experience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office

Preferred:

• Experience recruiting in construction, industrial, manufacturing, or skilled trades environments
• Dayforce experience
