What the day will look like The Senior Client Advocate at Aon is a client-facing role responsible for ensuring exceptional client service. This position involves coordination with team members from start to finish, including receiving client submissions and finalizing agreement documents. Senior Client Advocates serve as relationship managers between clients and brokers and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies. Senior Client Advocates collaborate with internal teams such as Client Services, Accounting Advocates, and Compliance to develop account-specific strategies and maintain operational efficiency. They also mentor junior colleagues, including Client Advocate Trainees, by providing training and guidance on Aon's proprietary systems, compliance procedures, and best practices in reinsurance broking.

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $65,000 to $90,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary.
