We design cohesive, scalable, and human-centered systems that reach billions of people. This is notincrementalUX work.This is foundational experience design in an AI-first world. We are seeking a Principal Product Designer whooperatesat both system and execution levels. You are fluent in emerging AI workflows, comfortable prototyping beyond static mocks, and capable of defining experience architecture that scales across products. You bring exceptional visual and interaction craft, deepexpertisein design systems, and the ability to align cross-functional leaders around a coherentexperiencevision. This is a principal-level individual contributor role for someone who sets direction, raises quality bars, and builds the connective tissue between strategy, systems, and shipped product. This role is a hybrid position, in office 4x a week in either Mountain View, CA, Redmond, WA or New York City. Responsibilities

There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
