Marketing Creative Services Manager

Primary Purpose of Job:

This role is responsible for the end-to-end design and delivery of on-brand creative that supports American Savings Bank's marketing and business objectives. This role serves as a steward of the brand balancing strategic thinking, strong visual execution and production excellence.

Major Job Accountabilities:

• Leads visual design across campaigns, programs, and marketing deliverables, ensuring brand consistency and high creative standards
• Translates brand strategy into clear, engaging design solutions that strengthen storytelling across all channels
• Designs advertising and marketing materials for digital platforms (web, email, social, in-branch screens, ATMs) and traditional media (print, signage, events)
• Partners with internal teams to concept and present design approaches that keep the brand fresh and relevant
• Manages creative assets, ensuring organization, accuracy, and long-term usability
• Manages vendor relationships for printing and collateral production, including quality control and timelines
• Reviews and processes vendor invoices related to creative production

Experience Required:

Minimum of 5 years:

• Experience in a Marketing or Advertising role is required with demonstrated capability.
• Must be able to provide a digital portfolio showcasing multi-channel campaign print and digital designs.

Required Skills or Training:

• Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Demonstrated knowledge of print production processes and best practices
• Excellent ad copywriting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with motion graphics and basic animation
• Strong attention to detail, organization and follow-through.
• Sense of urgency and an ability to work in high-pace environment
