Home Loan Processing Specialist Join our team as a Home Loan Processing Specialist and help keep mortgage files moving smoothly with accuracy and speed. What You'll Do * Perform data entry and validation * Initiate thirdparty orders (title, appraisal, credit, flood, etc.) * Review and verify loan documents * Handle routine calls, emails, and chats * Monitor queues and jump in as needed Qualifications * High School Diploma * Microsoft Office proficiency * First mortgage experience required * Knowledge of loan processing/underwriting basics * Understanding of Federal, State & Local regulations * Encompass experience a plus * Strong typing, organizational & analytical skills Experience Level Intermediate Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
