Mortgage Fulfillment Underwriter (EST Hours) Drive decisions. Elevate quality. Move loans forward. We're looking for a proactive, expert-level Mortgage Fulfillment Underwriter who's ready to take ownership of highstakes credit decisions and help push loans across the finish line with speed, accuracy, and confidence. What You'll Do * Underwrite a full range of mortgage loans (FHA strongly preferred) * Review files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance * Partner with clients to resolve documentation issues efficiently * Ensure full alignment with Federal, State, and Local regulations * Deliver fast, highquality approvals/denials * Support additional fulfillment tasks as needed Qualifications * DE Certified (required) * Expertlevel mortgage underwriting experience * Strong command of AUS platforms (DU, LP) * Solid understanding of mortgage laws, including HMDA * Excellent communication & analytical skills * Must be able to work Eastern Time Zone hours Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Atlanta, GA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $31.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
