Job Details: Enterprise Transformation Portfolio Leader Reports to: CTS COO Date Created: February 23, 2026 Job SummaryThe Enterprise Transformation Portfolio Leader is responsible for overseeing CTS's enterprise-wide transformation portfolio. This leadership role governs programs across operating models, people, processes, technology, and automation. The role establishes and enforces governance frameworks, defines and maintains technology standards, monitors and reports on benefits realization and progress, coordinates with key organizations, and tracks the implementation of TMO actions. This leader will oversee automation usage, support pilots of new technologies, and partner with organizational leaders to drive adoption of new ways of working based on the global operating model. The position is critical in ensuring transformation success and sustainable value delivery across CTS. Key Responsibilities
