Part of Dover Corporation's Engineered Systems segment, Vehicle Service Group (VSG) is a strong, diverse and dynamic global leader in the vehicle service industry. VSG comprises 13 major vehicle lifting, wheel service, diagnostic and collision repair brands: Rotary Lift, Chief, Forward, Direct-Lift, Ravaglioli, Hanmecson, Revolution, Elektron, Blitz, Nogra, Butler, Space and Sirio.

SUMMARY: Responsible for assisting in the development and execution of the After Market Parts & Service business strategy in the Americas. Driving and improving revenue sales and profitability while also working to improve customer satisfaction,, service times for installed equipment, and total revenues from parts and service offering. Lead specialized sales and service teams and closely partner with training, marketing, engineering, operations, and service partners to ensure on time delivery of VSG's service and parts offering.

VSG consists of fifteen leading vehicle lifting brands (Rotary, Forward, Blitz, Ravaglioli etc.), collision repair (Chief), wheel services, diagnostics (Butler, Rotary, Chief and Ravaglioli) and tier-one automotive brands (WARN Automotive) with operations worldwide, including regional business operation centers and large manufacturing facilities in the U.S., Europe and Asia.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Develop and execute Parts and Service strategy for the Americas.
  2. Develop annual sales plans by channel and top accounts to drive growth and exceed targets.
  3. Assist in the development of sales forecasts through analysis and interpretation of general economics, industry, marketing and sales data, statistics, additional sales.
  4. Ensure service coverage and market leading response times, supporting all customers.
  5. Provide national accounts service through a managed offering, partner oversite, and reporting that ensures full accountability.
  6. Travel with field personnel, when needed, including Regional Managers, Sales Representatives, Distributors, etc., to train, promote company, distributor relationships, new sales marketing programs, and new products, etc.

OVERALL QUALIFICATIONS - Skills and Experience

  • Good understanding of aftermarket service and parts for critical equipment.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience selling related equipment in the Americas.
  • Ability execute strategy and Course correct as needed
  • Self-motivated work ethic with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with BI, reporting and developing databases
  • Ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong business acumen; strategic and analytic thinker.
  • Ability and willingness to travel.

Work Arrangement : Onsite

Pay Range: $100,000 - $110,000 annually

Bonus Eligible: This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
