As a Screener at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will help manage access points by screening employees, visitors, and deliveries, checking credentials, and supporting orderly traffic flow around docks and entry lanes. You will conduct routine patrols, stay visible to help discourage incidents, document activity, and communicate clearly with site teams. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Screen employees, visitors, and drivers for authorized entry by verifying identification, checking credentials, and directing individuals to the proper check-in and/or loading area.
• Monitor entry and exit points, trailer yards, and dock access to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity, and document findings per post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying site contacts and/or emergency services as needed and completing required reports.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
