Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Responsibilities & Duties
*Perform routine laboratory mass measurements
*Analyze measurement data to ensure accuracy and consistency
*Ensure compliance with industry and basic metrology standards and quality management system requirements
*Document and report measurement and calibration results
*Perform Maintenance and performance qualifications on testing equipment
*When necessary and/or needed, adjustments on any out of tolerance weights
*Ensuring the traceability and validity of mass measurements
*Segregating and Identifying any out of tolerance or suspect weights What You Need to Succeed
Qualifications & Skills
*Experience or basic understanding with calibration and measurement systems
*Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO/IEC 17025 and basic metrology
*Understanding or experience of Excel
*Understanding or experience with equipment databases
*Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
*Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy *Prior experience in a laboratory or quality environment
*Knowledge of quality management systems
*Basic understanding of a calibration report
