Essential Functions:
As an intern, you will work directly with the Loan Services team and learn how to:
Daily Responsibilities
- Learn processes and systems used in servicing DCU's consumer loan portfolio.
- Support the Loan Research team by assisting with daily workflow tasks within established service levels.
- Help process memberrelated research items such as payment corrections, service requests, and loan inquiries.
- Gain exposure to quality control activities, including report review and auditrelated tasks.
- Assist with departmental emails, mail processing, and documentation updates.
- Collaborate with team members across the Loan Services Department to understand endtoend loan operations.
