What You'll Do
|
Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Learn core processes involved in servicing DCU's consumer loan portfolio, including how payments, account updates, and loan inquiries are handled.
- Assist the team with daily workflow tasks such as organizing loan-related documents, monitoring shared inboxes, and supporting standard servicing activities
- Observe and participate in account research to understand how member questions and requests are reviewed and resolved
- Support administrative tasks such as preparing documents, reviewing information for accuracy, and helping maintain organized loan records
- Collaborate with team members and gain exposure to cross-department communication within the Loan Services environment
- Experience professional office operations firsthand, including teamwork, service standards, and departmental procedures

What You'll Need
|
- Ability to commit to one of the full internship program periods: May 18 through August 14 or June 1 through August 21
- High school diploma or equivalent
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

As an Intern, You Will
