As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will provide customer service through clear communication, incident reporting, and professional presence. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a financial institution location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout banking areas, lobbies, ATM and/or vestibule areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor access points, observe camera views and/or alarm indicators as assigned, and report irregular conditions, maintenance issues, and policy concerns through required documentation.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, contacting site leadership and/or emergency services, and providing clear directions to occupants as needed.
• Complete routine activity logs and incident reports, communicate post updates during shift transitions, and support Allied Universal account leadership with site-specific reporting requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1+ years of security-related experience.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
