As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will respond to concerns, document observations, and deliver a positive customer service experience through clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting concerns and coordinating with site contacts and/or public responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including building corridors, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Control access by monitoring entrances and exits, observing arriving and departing persons and vehicles, and verifying authorization when required by site policies.
• Complete detailed patrol and incident reports, document observations, and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal supervision and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have a minimum of 2 plus years of security-related experience.
• Loss Prevention experience is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
