Technical Support / EndUser Computing Summary Detailoriented technical support professional with strong experience in Windows imaging, deployment, and enduser computing across enterprise environments. Skilled in hardware/software configuration, troubleshooting, and supporting highvolume call center operations. Core Technical Skills * Imaging & Deployment: Extensive handson experience with Windows imaging, refresh initiatives, SCCM, and enterprise deployment workflows. * Windows Environment: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS, Windows configuration, Office Suite, Outlook, and endpoint support. * macOS: Working knowledge of Mac hardware and Mac OS environments. * Hardware support, asset management, device configuration, and troubleshooting * Networking and connectivity support: wireless, Cisco AnyConnect, Citrix * Understanding of technical infrastructure including networking, telecom, broadband, and enduser computing platforms Professional Strengths * Strong analytical and strategic thinking across planning, design, implementation, and operations * Demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical issues quickly and factually while maintaining positive relationships * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including crossteam collaboration with business, technology, and vendor partners * Selfmotivated, proactive, and driven to identify and deliver practical technical solutions * Ability to work independently, escalate appropriately, and collaborate closely with mentors on structured initiatives Customer Support Experience * Strong customer service background, supporting users via phone, chat, and email * Experienced working with call center technologies, portals, applications, and telephony systems Experience Level * Entrylevel, with handson exposure to Windows imaging, deployment, refresh projects, help desk operations, and enterprise support environments Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Scottsdale, AZ. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
