*Patient Care Coordinator - Healthcare Office (Racine, WI)* *Pay: $19-$21/hr | Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire*

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problemsolving, and wants a longterm career opportunity in patient support and medical administration. *What You'll Do* As a *Patient Care Coordinator*, you'll play a key role in supporting patients, processing orders, and ensuring documentation accuracy. Daily responsibilities include: *Patient & Customer Support* * Handle ~30 inbound calls and 40-50 outbound calls daily * Assist walkin patients and provide exceptional inperson support * Communicate promptly with patients regarding referral updates and documentation needs * Resolve issues with professionalism and empathy *Documentation & Order Processing* * Complete DME (Durable Medical Equipment) order entry * Accurately process, verify, and submit documentation and authorizations * Work within multiple online EMR systems * Enter, review, and track pertinent patient and insurance information * Ensure all data meets payer and compliance guidelines *Team Collaboration & Quality Assurance* * Partner with Customer Service and Management to identify trends * Request new insurance carriers be added to internal systems when needed * Maintain detailed call documentation following SOPs * Meet quality and performance expectations consistently * Utilize internal tools and resources, including authorization guidelines, insurer requirements, fee schedules, and more *What Makes This Opportunity Great* *Small, friendly, collaborative team* - everyone supports each other *Bright, clean workspace* with your own workstation, headset, and monitor *Contract-to-hire* with excellent conversion benefits When hired directly: *Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO* Office culture includes celebrations, outings, potlucks, and team-building events Stable schedule with two shift options: * *8:30 AM - 5:00 PM* * *10:30 AM - 6:00 PM* *What We're Looking For* *Must-Haves* * 1+ year of customer service or call center experience (40+ calls/day environment) * Strong multitasking, time management, and problemsolving skills * Comfort navigating computer systems and Microsoft Office * Professional communication skills (phone, email, in-person) *Nice-to-Haves* * DME or healthcare experience * Bilingual (especially Spanish) * Office/administrative support background *Work Location* *Racine, WI - Onsite* *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Racine, WI. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
