Job Description




As a Security Officer - Command Center Dispatch in Frisco, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch Officer at a fast-paced food and beverage location, where you will coordinate security-related calls, monitor cameras and alarms, manage access control and badge activity, and communicate updates to on-site teams. You will help maintain smooth operations through clear reporting, professional customer service, and quick, calm decision-making. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a food and beverage production or distribution location.
  • Dispatch and coordinate responses to alarms, calls for service, and incident reports using radios, phones, and/or computer systems; maintain clear communication with onsite staff and responding agencies as directed.
  • Monitor CCTV, alarms, and access control activity as assigned; report unusual activity and help to deter unauthorized access by escalating concerns through the chain of command.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions taken and relaying accurate information to supervisors and/or management.
  • Complete shift activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation; support shift transitions by briefing incoming personnel on open items and current conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Security Experience - 2+ Years.
  • Access Control/Badge Experience - preferred.
  • Customer Service Experience - preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
