Fire Alarm Technician

Firetrol Protection Systems, a leader in fire protection and life safety services since 1984, is seeking experienced Fire Alarm Technicians to join our dedicated team. This role involves installing, inspecting, maintaining, programming, and repairing fire alarm and detection systems to ensure optimal safety for our clients across various industries.

Technicians will engage with a broad range of fire alarm systems including Notifier, Fire-lite, Silent Knight, and others, working within industrial settings primarily located in the Northwest Florida Panhandle region. The position requires excellent customer service skills, technical expertise, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve fire alarm system issues efficiently.

• 2 to 3 years of experience, training, or education in the inspection, installation, maintenance, programming, and repair of fire alarm and detection systems.
• Experience or training with a variety of fire alarm systems such as Notifier, Fire-lite, Silent Knight, etc.
• Must possess or be willing to obtain applicable state licenses.
• Strong customer service skills and professional interaction with customers, contractors, and vendors.
• Able to pass Government, Federal, and Customs background checks.
